Resident HOA Membership
Membership runs from May 1 - April 30th. All dues must be paid by Memorial Day or late fees will be incurred. Invoices are sent out in February and members can pay by check or via paypal. If you did not receive or lost your invoice please contact Cindy Pae-Moebius. Please return your invoices if you pay via online bank check or paypal.
Once a home in Woodfield is a member, that membership is permanent and transfers with the sale of the home. If you are one of the few Woodfield homeowners that is not a permanent member and would like to join, please contact us.
2010 Dues Invoices will be sent out in February. We use this information to create our directory and keep records. Links to PayPal will also be provided on this page for members to pay their dues online.

Non-Woodfield Resident Pool & Tennis Membership
Woodfield Community has a long-standing tradition of offering memberships to families that live outside of Woodfield in neighborhoods that do not have comparable facilities. Outside members are not perpetual (membership is yearly). While outside members cannot vote in elections or serve on the Board of Directors, they do have full use of the facilities including the Pool, Tennis Courts and Clubhouse. Outside members are also welcome to all Woodfield events (picnics, parties, and parades!). Some of the outside members have been friends and a part of the Woodfield Community Association for many years. The dues received from outside members help keep the annual dues low for everyone
